TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Carrier will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, accident, mechanical breakdown, poor road conditions, government actions, labor disputes, rider failure to follow instructions, or other causes beyond its control; and it does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time. Carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employee, but same is not guaranteed. If an Act of God, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, poor conditions of the road, snow storms and other conditions make it, in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate vehicles either from the place of origin or any point en route, the carrier shall not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damages for any reason whatsoever. Routes that receive too few reservations may be picked up by other buses coming from other points, merged with others, or canceled altogether. No smoking or consumption of alcohol is allowed on buses. No glass bottles or open alcohol containers are allowed. Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport any persons: having in his or her possession explosive, inflammable or other unsafe or objectionable objects or materials, under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, anyone incapable of taking ordinary care of him or herself, or anyone whose behavior is such as to be objectionable to passengers or prospective passengers.

BAGGAGE

Each passenger may bring one carry-on that must fit securely in the overhead storage. No ice chests or coolers are allowed.

CHILDREN

Children under two years old, when accompanied by an adult passenger and not occupying seats to the exclusion of other passengers, will be allowed free transportation. Children between 16 and 18 years old will be accepted for passage with signed parental waiver (please request in advance).

REFUNDS OF TICKETS AND TICKET REPLACEMENTS

There shall be no refunds or replacements of either tickets or season passes under any circumstances.
